Things have taken a fascinating turn here! Sophie's clearly become absorbed into or adopted by these preternatural beings (I wouldn't say "possessed," since that dynamic doesn't apply here). Didn't Leana tell Sophie earlier that she'd be "initiated?" Maybe she's passed her 3rd Degree with this little ritual perhaps. The erotic prose was wonderfully intense--I love the energy of the "...with the ferocity of hunting predators, they tear at each other's dresses..." animalistic, and demonically (yes!) brutal. Great episode, Simone. Looking forward to see Sophie's further evolution!
