The big man made several mistakes that hastened his death that night. The first was to choose the path where Sophie was prowling to attack the young man. She heard the voices, one angry, brutish, the other defensive, echoing off the high brick walls that rose up either side of the passageway.
The voices grew louder as she turned the corner. On the edge of the wood, where the passageway ended, two men were struggling with each other. One was big and brawny the other lithe and muscular. Sophie stopped and watched as the bigger of the two knocked the other to the ground.
“You little perv,” he said as he aimed a kick at the younger man’s head.
“Good evening gentlemen,” Sophie felt Shirina stir inside her.
The big man froze in mid-kick and turned to look over his shoulder. “Now that’s more like it,” he grinned. “What you doing out here on a dark night like this darlin’?” He turned towards her. “Nice tits and such a flimsy little dress. Looks like it could be ripped off by anyone with an ounce of strength,”
Seeing only a girl in her twenties, blonde hair and long legs he moved towards her. That was his second mistake. Sophie felt Shirina welling up to the surface.
The man on the ground grabbed at the big man’s ankles and was rewarded by a vicious backward kick that sent him sprawling.
“Hunting,” Sophie said.
“Hunting, you don’t look like you’re dressed for hunting wearing that,” he looked at Sophie’s legs beneath her short dress. “Hunting what?”
“You.”
For a moment he looked slightly wary. His eyes darted from side to side but the wood was dark and still. Then his confidence returned, he straightened up, puffed out his chest and made his final mistake.
“Well you found me now,” he stepped close and shoved his hand under Sophie’s dress, grabbing at her sex. His other hand started to rip the dress from her shoulders. “That what you’re hunting for - feel good does it?”
“Oh yes,” Sophie started to morph. Her eyes darkened and her skin faded to a greenish tint as Shirina surfaced. Her fingers became talons that dug into the muscles of the man’s arms creating dark circles on his shirt as his blood flowed. He opened his mouth wide in a soundless scream and his eyes bulged. Shirina’s tongue lanced down his throat, choking him, severing his arteries as it pushed deeper inside him. She began to feed, sucking his life force from him, draining every cell in his body until he collapsed like a deflating sex doll onto the ground.
Shirina shook herself, digesting her meal and began to reform. The man on the floor struggled back against a tree as she turned towards him. “Don’t worry,” she said, “You tried to stop him when you thought I was a defenceless girl.” She completed her transformation. “And now, like a lioness, I have fed so you are quite safe.”
Sophie expected the man to run but instead, he struggled to his knees in front of her. “You saved my life, Mistress,” he said with his head bowed. “I am yours to command.”
She moved closer to him. “Look at me.”
He looked up, still kneeling.
“You have seen what I can do. You know what I am and still you want to follow me?”
“Yes, Mistress, I have longed to meet one such as you. One I can truly serve.”
“Even if it means you may die or become like me?”
“Yes, Mistress. I will do whatever you ask.”
“What is your name?”
“Marcus.”
“I accept your devotion, Marcus.” She turned and walked back down the path and he followed.
“Why was that man attacking you? Sophie said over her shoulder.
“I met him in a bar. I am attracted to strong men - I thought he was the same as me but …”
Sophie turned and looked over her shoulder. “Walk beside me, you will know when it is time to act as my servant.”
Marcus stepped closer. “Yes, Mistress.”
“And if we meet any other humans you will call me Sophie. Mistress is fine any other time as I will not tell you my demonic name.” She walked on. “You offered him sex?”
“Yes, I like both dominant men and women.” He looked down. “He had me fooled, when I offered him a blow job he got angry and started to call me a pervert. The he attacked me. I work out, but he took me by surprise. I thought he was going to kill me. Then you came along.”
They turned off the path and walked towards the house. Marcus looked around. “I have never noticed this here before,” he said.
“Not everybody sees our home.”
When they reached the door Sophie turned to Marcus. “I am glad you favour dominant men and women as there is someone you are about to meet who is both.”
Marcus looked confused.
“Let’s just call them my housemates. Now remember, whatever they do, you are mine. They may feed on you but not in the way you saw me devour your attacker and, as long as you obey me, I will not let them harm you.”
She opened the door and turned to face him standing on the threshold.
“If you enter here it is of your own free will. I sense you are a good man so you can simply turn and walk away if that is what you wish. Do you understand?
“Yes Mistress,” Marcus nodded and followed her inside.
Sophie, alias Shirina is one of my Satanic Vigilante characters, a phrase coined by
in response to my story The Confession in which penance for a priest’s past sins is extracted by a beautiful woman.Part two of Goldilocks Returns will follow in a couple of days and then there will be a pause. What happens next is up to you. I have one idea where the story continues as a battle of demons which will be heavy on the horror and lighter on the supernatural sex. Alternatively there may be more willing victims lured into the lair which is bound to result in a feeding frenzy of sex.
You can read the full story of Sophie’s conversion in The Goldilocks Series which is published free on Simone Francis.

Well, Sophie (no longer totally human, but somehow now "promoted" into a demi-demon) is back to raise hell with the unsuspecting! Thanks, Simone, for again recognizing my very catchy "Satanic Vigilante" coinage, from your "Confession" story. I still think "Satanic Vigilante" is an excellent name for a provocative line of lingerie, fragrances, lifestyle products which can compete against Agent Provocateur. For instance: "Succubus, the exciting new fragrance from Satanic Vigilante...steal his soul forever," or something of that sort. But that's neither here nor there.
Sophie does fit the vigilante role ideally here, doesn't she? Reduces a total dirtbag guy to a pile of dust. Plus, she picks up this "insta-submissive" bisexual guy who's ready to do her bidding, no matter what. She's of course given him the option to leave, which he's refused, so he belongs to her and her hellish friends from now on.
I'm curious to see where you're headed here, of course. Going back to my "according to Hoyle" theology/metaphysics playbook, there's a lot of license here with any human being transformed into a demon, or even being cut into quasi-demonic status of course. You're dealing with two radically different beings. Both created, both possessed of free will. But demons have an angelic nature--they're immortal, indestructible, have total knowledge of the past and present (and a fairly accurate predictive ability about the future, based upon their superior past and present knowledge--they don't have God's perfect knowledge of past, present, and future all at once, as a permanent "now."), and can outwit, outsmart, and overpower the greatest mortal human out there. Their rebellion twisted their wills toward evil, and their dedication to the destruction of the human race is absolute: they haven't the slightest interest in our pleasure, wealth, enjoyment, or happiness, but will readily produce them--and the desire for same--as rope to hang ourselves with. The last thing any demon would ever do would be to welcome a human into demonic ranks, or seek to elevate a human into their ranks--their numbers are fixed, and their pride (moreso their infernal leader's) gives them the invincibly ignorant certainty that they are right, but paradoxically their perfect knowledge also gives them the certainty that they've made a terrible, irrevocable mistake, and that the pain and suffering they undergo is totally justified (in fact, there are currently serving Exorcists who've documented or recorded transcripts of their conversations with the possessed, in which demons reveal that the pains they undergo while being expelled are nothing compared to what they truly deserve for their rebellion against Love). It's why "Paradise Lost" is one of the greatest poems ever penned, and why Milton's Satan is one of the greatest antiheroes in all literature. Plus, there's also the whole thing about demons being pure spirits, and that they can assume whatever form they wish as part of their destructive, anti-God, anti-Creation, anti-Human agenda, which is pretty much all they're about. Everything they say, do, or present is necessarily a lie--a lie with a "military" purpose.
Lots of literary and real-life occult types have gotten into the black arts with the intention of somehow "becoming" a demon (believing they'll be "given" a throne in Hell, a seat at the table, so to speak, as a reward for being a faithful servant of evil--this was the motivation of the psychopathic occult murderer called "Malakh" in Dan Brown's masonically themed thrilled "The Lost Symbol," where he saw himself as an heir of Aleister Crowley and Eliphas Levi, and believed that by killing his victims, he was earning credits toward getting an all-access pass to some Hellish Theme Park; as we know, "he chose poorly"), buying into ancient magical lore and such--most of which isn't all that ancient. Most of those people end up behind the walls of mental institutions, and rightly so.
Other than my being a stickler for demonological orthodoxy (I admit to being a total pedant and pain in the ass along these lines, but that's just the kind of guy I am), I'm with you on the Goldilocks saga--looks like you're taking it into a fascinating place!
