I have been searching out some erotic horror stories. It seems that this is a difficult niche to write in. In Sex and Horror, I posed the question, How much sex is too much in a horror story? Maybe I should have asked, How much horror stops a story being erotic?
The other problem writers have is implying some form of consent; rampant demons are not renowned for asking, “Are you happy with this?” Writers have often settled for setting demon against demon for the sexual elements and demon against human for the gory parts.
Kasdeya Cast Down by J.K. Mill
Regular readers will know I am a fan of a good (and bad) succubus. J.K. Mill weaves this erotic tale into the murky surroundings of Victorian London. The encounter between two demons is highly erotic but charged with dark overtones of Jack the Ripper.

Deep and dark this story has a gory side that interwoven with the sensual but as with many of Teresa Wymore’s stories it weaves a tale of transgressive lesbianism. In The Darker Half of Twilight, the monsters switch from preternatural to human and back again so the reader is never quite sure which represents their true form.
Teresa Wymore’s writing draws you into the world of her stories whether that is a dark fantasy setting in this story or the shadows of an underground fetish club in the 1930s in Secrets of the Velvet Trap
The Darker Half of Twilight by Teresa Wymore is published in Redemption on Medium
Transgressive Fiction by Zatanna Dark
Zatanna Dark has already already featured in my Recommended Reads but it is difficult to recommend erotic horror without mentioning her. Her stories range from the erotically humorous to the totally gorily twisted.
Be warned, if you are not a fan of gory, graphic violence read the warnings at he beginning of each story but there is often humour as well. Zatanna Dark can have you smiling and cringing at the same time.
Some of her best are in her Transgressive Fiction list on Medium.
The House
I have written a lot of supernatural stories but have only recently started to add elements of horror to them. The story begins in They’re Back, a short teaser tale that leads you to The House twenty years earlier. The story begins with an erotic supernatural theme but builds, in the final part, The House of Demons, into more of a horror story.
The House and The House of Demons are Published in Redemption Magazine on Medium and for paid subscribers here on my Substack

Sexual Immortality by
P.T. Brown’s Sexual Immortality is high on my reading list. It runs to 18 episodes of fantasy erotica and is still going. It’s explicit, both in sexual scenes and fantasy horror content as well as handling some difficult themes.
Sexual Immortality is published on Medium and in
More supernatural sex from Simone Francis
If you want some more top-notch erotic horror, check out Celia McKinley's Dreadful Desires collection of stories. Many are on Medium. Cemetery Girl and Halloween House are two great ones.
Thanks so very much for the mention! I'm glad you liked the story!
